Schibsted Sales Awards 2011

Venue: Barcelona, Spain.

Target group: B2E, 600 salespeople from all of Schibsted's companies in Sweden, Norway, the Baltic States, Spain and France.

Assignment: Reward and recognise the fact that the salespeople had achieved their target of making 100,000 customer visits during 2010. Create content that encouraged creativity and new ideas for a discriminating target group.

Solution: It had already been announced that the Schibsted Sales Awards would be held in Barcelona if the sales target was achieved. We created content based entirely on all of the good ideas in the various companies and used the concept of "What's your idea" as an exchange for ideas at the venue. A two-day conference in which good ideas were acknowledged concluded with a barnstorming party at which the sales performances of the year were rewarded.

Outcome: All-time high with the best rating in the five-year history of the Sales Awards.
