Johnson & Johnson Nordic Light 2011

Venue: Swedish Lapland, Luleå.

Target group: B2E, 250 people who work in the Nordic organisation.

Assignment: To summarise the previous year, to reward good sales performances and to introduce targets for the year ahead in a playful, inspirational way.

Solution: Bring together all 250 people in Luleå to celebrate "the Nordic Light" in the European organisation. We created content based entirely on light in two senses; we worked with the lighter aspects in all communication, while at the same time working literally with light in various aspects. A two-day conference held at a brisk pace with activities interwoven with challenges relating to the focus areas for the year ahead.

Outcome: A brilliant event with the best rating in Johnson & Johnson's history.
