Brødrene Dahl 360° Symposium 2011

Venue: Clarion Hotell, Gardermoen - Oslo

Target group: B2B, 500 middle and senior managers who work in the same field as Brødrene Dahl.

Assignment: To create a new meeting and trade fair concept, a meeting place for those in the industry who want to keep up to date with the industry, to keep abreast of developments in various specialist areas and to meet one another in a social setting in an inspirational way.

Solution: We came up with a new concept that aimed to bring together all of the various specialist fields in one arena: the Brødrene Dahl 360° Symposium. An arena for shared meetings, a shared trade fair – yet still with specialisation within the various areas. Over two days, parallel sessions were held within each specialist field. All participants also took part in a formal banquet in the spirit of 360°, featuring well-known artists and presenters.

Outcome: 95% of those attending the 360° Symposium 2011 want to see the symposium held next year as well. 71% gave the event a rating of 6 out of 6.
